The session introduces the value of cross innovation through relevant examples, a short participatory exercise and practical reflections connected to your audience.
Participants leave with a shared understanding of what cross innovation can make possible, and where it may be useful to explore further.

A more substantial process for organisations that want to work seriously with a strategic issue, a complex collaboration challenge or a new area of opportunity. Led by two facilitators, the day creates time for exploration, dialogue, idea development and prioritisation across roles, disciplines and sectors.
The outcome is more than a collection of ideas: participants build a shared direction, identify promising initiatives and define the first practical steps towards a pilot, partnership or continued innovation process.
Every engagement includes preparation and follow-up. Before the session, we clarify the context, participants and challenge so that the content is relevant to your organisation. Afterwards, you receive a concise summary of key insights, opportunities and suggested next steps.
Workshops are delivered in English and can be adapted for SMEs, corporates, NGOs, municipalities, regions, agencies and professional networks. The client provides the venue and any catering required.
